Another Patch Tuesday is upon us and, as confirmed by Microsoft, it will see to the release of five updates (all rated ‘important’) which are set to address (read resolve) 15 vulnerabilities that can lead to elevation of privileges and remote code execution.

The bugs targeted by the incoming patches affect Office suites (anything from Office 2003 to Office for Mac 2011), Office Web Apps, Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, 7, Server 2003, Server 2008 R2), SharePoint Server, Groove Server and Office Forms Server.
